Quotation Validity
This quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Prices may change based on material cost, government policy, subsidy rules, or site requirements.

Payment Terms
Customer must pay as per agreed payment schedule. Work will start only after advance payment confirmation. Final payment must be cleared before system handover.

Site Survey
Final pricing and installation plan will depend on the site survey. Extra civil work, wiring, structure height, earthing, or additional material will be charged separately.

Installation Timeline
Installation timeline may vary due to weather, material availability, DISCOM approval, net meter process, or government portal delays.

Government Subsidy
Subsidy is subject to government rules, customer eligibility, DISCOM approval, and PM Surya Ghar / official portal process. Inductrack Solar will support the process, but subsidy approval is not guaranteed by the company.

Warranty
Solar panels, inverter, structure, and other components will carry warranty as per manufacturer terms. Physical damage, water damage due to misuse, lightning, fire, theft, or unauthorized repair will not be covered.

Net Metering / DISCOM Approval
Net metering, inspection, sanction letter, and meter installation depend on DISCOM timelines and approval. Any government fees, meter charges, or official charges will be payable by the customer unless mentioned in quotation.

Customer Responsibility
Customer must provide clear roof access, electricity connection details, required documents, and permission for installation work.

Extra Work Charges
Any extra work not mentioned in quotation, such as roof repair, additional cable length, extra structure height, civil foundation, or shifting of system, will be charged separately.

Cancellation Policy
If customer cancels the order after material booking or dispatch, cancellation charges may apply. Advance amount may be adjusted against material and service cost.

Safety & Access
Customer must allow safe access to the installation team. Work may be stopped if the site is unsafe or permission is not available.

Performance
Solar generation depends on sunlight, weather, shadow, panel direction, dust, and maintenance. Generation may vary season to season.

Maintenance
Customer should clean solar panels regularly for better generation. AMC or service visits will be as per agreed plan.

Ownership
System ownership will transfer to the customer only after full payment clearance.

Dispute
Any dispute will be resolved mutually. If required, legal jurisdiction will be as per company registered location.
